    • Summer Program Information

The Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac has two summer programs available to it's members and families.

The programs are set to begin Monday, June 13, 2011, running for 9 weeks, and ending on Friday, August 12, 2010. Registration for these programs begin Monday, June 6th at the Johnsonville Club. Please read through the following information regarding those programs and how your children can get involved:

Elementary Program - Johnsonville Club

- For youth entering 2nd grade through entering 5th grade.
- Open from 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
- This program is a drop-in center and parents are allowed to drop off and pick up anytime between 9am & 5pm.
- Parents must fill out the appropriate membership form & emergency card prior to the youth starting in program.
- Once forms are completed and fees have been paid, the youth can start attending program the FOLLOWING Monday
- The $50 program fee ($100 family maximum for multiple children) must be paid before the child(ren) begin program.
- Members who attend are given a breakfast snack, full lunch and afternoon snack each day free of charge.
- Various field trips are available to members at a seperate cost. (Based on availability, first come, first serve)

Teen Center Program - Johnsonville Club

- For youth entering 6th grade through high school age.
- Open 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
- This program is a drop-in center; members have the ability to come to and leave the building at any time.
- Parents must fill out the appropriate membership form prior to the youth starting in program. Youth may start attending program the day their form is completed.
- The $50 program fee ($100 family maximum for multiple children) must be paid before the child(ren) begin program.
- Members who attend are given a breakfast snack, full lunch and afternoon snack each day free of charge.
- Various field trips are available to members at a seperate cost. (Based on availability, first come, first serve)
