How To Become a Club Member

The Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac is open to ALL youth, and there are no requirements for participation.  While enrollment can happen anytime throughout the year, we have a couple of bulk registration times and programs that you should be aware of.  Check out the information below regarding our next major sign up period.

Johnsonville Afterschool Clubhouse: (1st-5th grade)

2016-2017 Afterschool Program Fee: $50 per child @Johnsonville Site; $30 per child @ School Sites            Family Maximum: $100 at all sites

Registration for the afterschool program begins on Wednesday, August 3rd.  Registration will take place at the Johnsonville Club location for ALL afterschool programs.  Once school starts, Chegwin, Parkside and Pier will also have registration available at the school.

All forms must be turned in  and membership fees must be paid prior to the child starting the program. Inability to pay will not be a barrier for participation. Please mark on your child's membership form if you are in need of a scholarship. In addition, all parents of elementary members must attend a mandatory orientation in order for their child to continue in the program.

2016 Summer Program Fee: $150 per child; Family Maximum: $400

Parents must fill out the appropriate membership form prior to the youth starting in program AND must also attend a Parent Orientation date!

There are a limited number of slots available by grade. Please sign-up early in the registration period to reserve your spot. A waiting list will be created after the grade levels reach capacity during the registration period and the list will be reviewed periodically throughout the summer when additional space becomes available. The program fee must be paid before the child (ren) begin program.

Scholarship Information

Partial scholarships are available and are based on your family’s income level, reflecting Fond du Lac county data for average household income. If you will be requesting a scholarship you must fill out the Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac scholarship form and attach the appropriate documentation. Incomplete scholarship forms will not be considered.

If you will be applying for a scholarship, Please note that you will need to attach appropriate documentation to the scholarship form before you come to register your child. All scholarship requests will be evaluated within 24 business hours.
